Subscription Problems

    Hi,

    I'm trying to subscribe but whenever I enter my payment info it says my account currently can't make live charges. Not really sure what that means, but I've read other people saying you need 3 likes or something in order to even be able to upgrade. Is that true? If that's the case, could anybody help me out? Been lurking for awhile and am now trying to buy some nice pieces and then eventually sell and trade on here. Appreciate any and all help. Have a good one guys!
